Petronella van Dijk

Petronella van Dijk, Kanada

is a Dutch born storyteller living in Quebec since 40 years. She tells in French and English, but also in her mothertongue, folktales from around the world but most of all war stories… for peace.

She is organizing the storytelling festival „Les jours sont contes en Estrie“ in the province of Quebec since 17 years, meeting tellers from abroad and having learned from them the deepness of all those stories that travelled through the ages.
